Sophie Henderson Novak oversees the day-to-day operations of events, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly from concept to completion. With extensive experience in event production and logistics, she has played a key role in delivering high-profile galas, fundraisers, and large-scale entertainment events.

Her portfolio includes the annual Shaquille O’Neal Foundation fundraiser featuring artists such as Maroon 5, Pitbull, and H.E.R., as well as events for Nevada Donor Network, Vegas PBS, One Night for One Drop, IX Awards, and Formula 1 Las Vegas. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and calm, solutions-oriented approach, Sophie is instrumental in bringing complex events to life.

Sophie holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, Biology, and Theology from Wesleyan University and began her academic journey at Georgetown University, where she focused on environmental advocacy. Her diverse expertise spans event operations, stage and production management, food and beverage, and creative design.
A former elite tennis player, Sophie is a four-time state champion and was ranked #2 nationally in NCAA doubles competition. Her competitive spirit, attention to detail, and passion for excellence continue to shape her approach to every event she produces.
